Shipping
Soaps Plus will expeditiously ship any order currently in stock and all goods are shipped via Australia Post and incur normal postal charges, insurance is available on request. All freight and insurance charges are payable by purchaser.
Soaps Plus will ship all orders within 48 hrs from the time your payment is received, excluding public holidays and weekends.
Soaps Plus is not responsible for problems associated with freight in transit and/or products damaged in transit.
A customer in receipt of an order has the responsibility to verify that the product received matches the product listed on the shipping invoice. Order discrepancies must be notified to Soaps Plus within 48 hrs of receipt of order.
Product Returns
Soaps Plus will replace products that are defective in workmanship and will be replaced only if the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) is requested within 5 (five) days of receipt of product.
Soaps Plus offers a 10 day ‘from date of receipt’ refund or exchange for products purchased that are returned unopened in their original packaging, and are able to be resold.
To implement the procedure for returning product for refund or exchange, the customer must first call or e-mail the sales department within the 10 days of receipt of product, and will be given a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. The RMA number must be clearly displayed on the outside of the parcel. Original invoice number must be included with the returned product.
Products must be received within 10 days from issue date of RMA. Products returned outside of this policy will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.
Products accepted for return will be refunded at the price paid, less freight costs. A 5% handling and administration fee will apply for all returns/exchanges, excluding those of faulty workmanship.
Products must be returned to Soaps Plus freight pre-paid. If goods arrived faulty in workmanship the freight charge associated with the products will be reimbursed.
Products that have been inappropriately treated by the purchaser will not be refunded.
Privacy
Soaps Plus customers information is strictly confidential, and no customer details will be passed on to and/or sold to any other party.
Conditions of Use
Soaps Plus reserves the right to change prices and packaging without advance notice.
Customers shall not re-label or repackage any products manufactured and/or marketed by Soaps Plus.
Customers shall not make purchases or enter into transactions in Soaps Plus’s name or hold himself/herself out as an agent of any products marketed or manufactured by Soaps Plus.
Customers shall not display or sell any products manufactured or marketed by Soaps Plus at any retail or wholesale business, trade show, nor through any other media, including newspaper, magazine, radio, television or the Internet (without prior written authorisation).
